  • Poor throw: negative on hit and punishable in corner
  • Highly dependent on glitch cancel for optimal combos
  • Struggles against strong cross-up jump attacks; limited anti-air options
  • Tall running hurtbox makes him vulnerable to instant air projectiles

Classic Sub-Zero in UMK3 is a mid-tier character with strong punishment tools and zoning. Freeze and Slide control space and create juggle opportunities, while his Male Ninja normals give him solid fundamentals.
