Using official releases (MAME32K 0.64, MAM32++ v0.119 or v0.132)
MAME32++ 0.132 is the better option. It does not have the added 
frame of delay of v0.119.

Instructions:
-------------
1. Download the MAMEPPK0.132-UMK3[pack]v1.0.zip pack.
2. Click “File” and “Audit all games”, when done, close everything.
3. Inside the /roms folder, delete the umk3.zip file, and rename
   “_umk3.zip” to “umk3.zip”
4. In game, you can access the input configuration by pressing
   the TAB button.

Set your inputs as follow :

P1 Button 1 = HP  2 = Block  3 = HK  4 = LP  5 = LK  6 = Run
