This kailleraclient.dll is a dll that has been altered to use the Master Server list at EmuLinker.org  in addition to the one at kaillera.com. This was done because (as of Sept 2005) the www.kaillera.com website has been down for months, and as a result nobody is able to get a server list. Users wish to continue to use Kaillera; therefore the original owner of Anti3D.com has started an alternative Kaillera Master Server List that is still running to this day (and forever!) at EmuLinker.org.

Anti3D.com's Master was also a mirror of the main server list on Kaillera.com.

A modern build of Mame that includes support for CPS3 games and Kaillera. You will also need a kailleraclient.dll. DaRoms.com has a good guide on how to get CPS3 emulations working online.
 
Use 7zip or WinRAR to unzip.

Most people on American servers use Mame 0.64 to play fighting games because it's fairly stable and not as bulky and slow as newer versions of Mame. However it does not support some recent games and it's probably not the best option available but the community is slow to change.
